Registration
Camp registration is available online. If you are unable to access the online registration site, please contact Shan Cook at 734-971-7991 or email SKCamps@summers-knoll.org. Online registration will end either when the camp has reached its capacity or the Thursday before camp.
Payment
Payment for Mid-Winter and Spring Break camps is due in full is due at the time of registration. For Summer Camps, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Final payments must be made by June 1st. Payments may also be made in full at the time of registration. The website accepts debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A fee of $25 will be charged for returned checks.
Discount
Summers-Knoll has revised its discount policies for 2013. The multi-camp discount has been replaced with a camp early registration discount. Camp registrations by March 1st will receive a 5% discount off of the regular rate. Camp registrations by May 1st will receive a 3% discount. After May 1st all registrations will pay the full rate. The rates shown on the website will reflect the discounts.
This discount does not apply to morning or after care.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel 31 days or more prior to your child’s program, your payment will be refunded except for the 20% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of your child’s start date will not be refunded.
Lunch
Campers will need to bring sack lunches. We have microwaves: you are welcome to send food to warm up. Escape Campers need lunches that are easily transportable and do not require heating. Please note: Summers-Knoll is a nut-free school. Please ensure that any packed lunches or food items you send with your child are free of peanuts and tree nuts.
