Curious Epicures

Join the Summers-Knoll community for a feast celebrating the culture and beauty of the Renaissance Period. Chef Alex Young of Zingerman's Roadhouse donates his time to partner with our students in preparing a meal of the students' creating. In this foodways event, students study the culture, art, history and food of a given time or place, research recipes and cultivation, and work with Chef Alex to create a night of savory celebration!
